Please provide witnesses if they are required for your document. We’ll discuss witness requirements when confirming your appointment so you can make arrangements beforehand.
How is my appointment confirmed?
Send your preferred date, time, service, and appointment area by text or email using the request form. Your appointment is booked once I personally confirm availability, location, and your total fee.
